Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pricing Right is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment verification, access to the download is provided immediately through a download page. Payment is processed by Razorpay.

Because Pricing Right is a digital product and access/download may be provided immediately after successful payment, we do not offer discretionary refunds or cancellations after successful payment capture and provision of digital access.

Except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or where a genuine payment, delivery, access, or technical issue has occurred, purchases are non-refundable after successful payment capture and provision of digital access.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives any right or remedy available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other applicable Indian law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.

If any of the following occurs, please contact us and we will review and resolve the issue appropriately:

• Your payment was successfully charged but the purchased product was not delivered or access was not provided.
• A duplicate payment was made for the same purchase.
• A technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased product.
• The delivered product file is materially corrupted or defective.
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• Any other situation where a remedy is required under applicable law.

Email us at support@scalewithsuyog.in with the following information:

• Your name
• The email used for the purchase
• Your Razorpay payment reference or order ID
• A description of the issue
• A screenshot or other evidence, where relevant

Legitimate payment, delivery, access, and technical issues will be reviewed and resolved appropriately — for example by restoring access, re-delivering the correct file, or issuing a refund where a refund is the appropriate remedy.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method via the payment gateway (Razorpay) wherever reasonably possible. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Pricing Right is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is no recurring billing to cancel. Because digital access may be provided immediately after successful payment, an order cannot be cancelled once payment has been captured and access has been provided, except where a cancellation or refund is required under applicable law or a genuine issue listed above has occurred.
