These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Pricing Right, a practical pricing and profitability decision system for Indian apparel ecommerce founders, sold through this website by Rebbel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase the product.

Pricing Right is a digital product consisting of a pricing playbook, spreadsheet-based pricing calculators, a pricing audit checklist, and a set of worked product pricing examples. It is an educational and practical business decision-support tool for Indian apparel ecommerce founders.

This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped. After successful payment verification, you will be redirected to a download page where you can download the product. Download access may be time-limited for security reasons. If your access expires before you have downloaded the product, or you face any access issue, contact us at support@scalewithsuyog.in.

The current price of the product is displayed clearly on the sales page before purchase. Any future or regular price shown alongside is the intended price after the current launch period. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay for the product; there are no hidden charges added by us.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, net-banking, or other payment instrument details on our servers. Your payment is subject to Razorpay’s terms and your payment provider’s terms. A purchase is complete only after successful payment capture and verification.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to purchase this product. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and payment information, for downloading the product within the access window, and for how you apply the materials to your own business. The calculators and examples depend on your own inputs and assumptions; you are responsible for verifying your costs, taxes, and other business data.

All content in Pricing Right — including the playbook, calculators, checklist, examples, structure, text, and design — is the intellectual property of Rebbel. Purchasing the product does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal and internal business purposes, including using the calculators with your own business data and applying the frameworks to your own pricing decisions.

You may NOT:

• Resell the product, in whole or in part.
• Redistribute the files in any form.
• Share your download link with others.
• Upload the files to any public or shared platform.
• Repackage the product, in whole or in part, for resale.
• Claim the materials as your own work.
• Commercially reproduce the product without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with the payment or download systems, scraping or copying the site content for redistribution, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

The product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for educational and decision-support purposes. Please read our Disclaimer for the full scope of what the product does and does not represent.

We do not guarantee any revenue, profit, margin, ROAS, or other business outcome. Your results depend on your own inputs, decisions, market conditions, and execution. Illustrative examples in the product demonstrate calculations; they are not benchmarks or promises.

Pricing Right is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it is not professional financial or legal consulting. Please consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation, including on taxes, accounting, and legal matters.

We use third-party services to operate this website and deliver the product, including Razorpay for payment processing and, where enabled, analytics tools such as Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or Google Analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you have a complaint or grievance, you can raise it through our Grievance Redressal page, which lists the Grievance Officer’s details in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or waives any right or remedy available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other applicable Indian law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived. If any part of these terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right prevails to the extent of the conflict.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of revenue, profit, or data — arising from your purchase or use of the product. Where our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located at Pune, India, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page, with its “Last Updated” date, is the current version. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated terms are published.
